Blessed Beginnings of Oro Valley offers a phenomenal preschool program for children who are age three years old by September 1 of the current school year. Our hands on curriculum focuses on giving your children the building blocks to set a strong foundation for their educational career. They will learn both math and science skills while also developing in the areas of literacy and social emotional. Many children entering preschool are spending their first time away from both of their parents and it can be a scary time. Our staff is specially equipped to help your child with this time of transition into the preschool setting.

Our preschool classroom will follow a 1 teacher to 10 preschoolers or 2 staff to 20 preschoolers ratio. This is below the state preschool ratio of 1 teacher to 13 preschool aged students. The maximum number of children that will be in our preschool classrooms is 16.

We have multiple scheduling options including preschool day (8am-3pm) and a full day including extended childcare (7am-6pm). We also offer a two day per week, three day per week and five day per week option. Since your child is part of our preschool program, he or she will also have the opportunity to enroll in extracurricular programs during the extended childcare times following the preschool day. These activities are through outside programs, are only for preschool and prekindergarten students and have additional fees associated with them paid directly to the provider.

The health and safety of the preschoolers in our care is of the utmost importance to us. Some of our campus security features include access to classrooms only via key card, and cameras in each classroom, hallways and entry points fed directly to the director’s office. We complete a safety checklist each day to ensure a safe environment for the preschoolers visiting Blessed Beginnings.
